I read online and someone posted this problem months ago and there’s still no fix which is extremely concerning as an owner that no fix has been found for a couple month old problem that may have even been around even longer than that. Obviously I can work around this by removing my SD and using a computer, but when on the go this is extremely annoying. I also can not download any video longer than 5 minutes. It all has to be in order as far as I’m aware, so I’d hope they consider fixing that in the future. If you’re making an edit, it has to be in chronological order of when it was recorded which sometimes takes away from the idea of an edit where I’d like to put some stuff I recorded after the first recording to throw in there in between different segments of the first clip. I haven’t found a way to take clips from separate videos and mix them around. I do most of my editing on separate apps just because this app doesn’t offer what other apps can offer. There is information on the free and paid features of the Quik app at that you may refer to. I normally don’t write bad reviews but now I just cant help it. They took 10 steps back not to say the new app has noting intuitive. Thus far no help no support no we are sorry for your experience. So I went back to old version but the annoyance is unbearable and I am thinking completely move on to someone else’s app. They also are driving to subscribe to Go-pro which will also nickel and dime you. I then decided to purchase to allow more feature and it crashes or says there is a problem. I like it but it requires more purchase which I was not ready for. Restarting the app does not let you lose the work. Now when using old version the pop up to switch comes up every time you person a task and then crashed the app. Old thing I wished it had more in the editing then shortly after the new version came out practically forcing you to have no choice to switch if you did not want to be annoyed with the pop up suggesting to switch. I had purchased the older version with no flaws. These settings thus may, or may not, affect the layout of an album. Some skins use dynamic loading of thumbnail images, so not all thumbnails appear until you scroll down the page, and some include the ‘slide’ image in the index page. Many modern skins however do not use tables they use CSS positioning and set a maximum page width, with thumbnails wrapping as needed. For example, four columns and ten rows would give forty thumbnail images to an index page. The columns and rows (below) settings match the columns and rows in the generated tables. Older html table based skins rely on this setting for the number of thumbnails across each row of thumbnails on index pages. Only uncheck this if you fully understand how linking works and you have arranged for all originals used to be accessible from the published album.įor a discourse on what linking option is best for different situations see this forum post by jGromit Thumbnail layout Columns The default is, and it is always safer to have, Copy originals if needed checked. It may also need to be set if linking is not to originals but some originals are included within the album. For example the local album might work but if uploaded to the web the originals will not be accessible. If any originals are being used in the album and this option is not selected then broken links could appear unless the 'true' originals are accessible from the album’s location. If one of the link to originals settings above is selected then checking this will add a full size copy of the original file to the album, and links to the originals point to those copies. In JavaScript based skins like Turtle, turning off Make slide pages will make Turtle run in dynamic mode which makes the slideshow much smoother. Note, that this is only true for the non JavaScript based skins. If not made the thumbnails link directly to the image, visitors would need to use the browser’s back button to get back to the thumbnail images and then select another image to view. Slide pages allow for navigation between the main images. ‘Make Slide pages’ (below) should be checked, otherwise there are no links in the album to the original images. Thumbnails link to the scaled down images, which then link to the originals. Note Image effects are not applied to original images. If you deselect copy originals you will be prompted to make sure your originals are uploaded. If this is not selected the thumbnails will link to your original image, which will need to be accessible from wherever your album is stored. By default, ‘Copy originals’ (below) will be checked, adding a copy of the original image to your album. Thumbnails link to the original image, the image bounds for slide images do not apply and slide pages need not be made. Original images are not included as part of the album. The image bounds are set in ‘ Settings/Images/General/Image bounds’. Thumbnails will link to scaled-down images (web size). So if you don't want them to be part of the album, and don't want them to be uploaded to the server, delete them from the output directory (choose Tools, Open directories, Open output directory to make sure you're in the right place) and connect to your server and manually delete the unwanted images. If you change from an option that includes originals to one that does not jAlbum may not delete the originals from the output directory, and if changing from scaled only to originals only the slide image will not be deleted. For skin Turtle uncheck "Right click protection for images" on Settings/Turtle/Advanced/General Note: Linking depends on download protection which should be turned off for the following to hold true. Usually, orange tabby cats have stripes on a cream background. This coat pattern is caused by the presence of both orange and black pigments in the hair. Tiger tabby cats, in general, are very popular their jet-black coat is striking and elegant, and their furry paws are simply irresistibly cute! We can bet that they might be the cover cats on Cat Fancy.īlack felines with a striped coat pattern are quite common in moggies and purebred cats, but sometimes, people opt for cats of other colors and patterns. On top of that, these house cats may also have odd eyes – one eye might be blue while another might be yellow or green. The color of their nose can vary from pale pink to dark brown. These domestic cats have patches with agouti hair and stripes (agouti fur is brownish with black stripes on the background) or spots like a spotted tabby cat. The black cat with stripes on a dark background (classic tabby or mackerel tabby) or a cream coat (ticked tabby) is found in various cat breeds, but this feline itself does not represent a separate breed.
